Let's delve into each feature:
Engine V2
We're excited to introduce Engine V2, a significant upgrade to our flow-building process. This update will simplify how flows are created, making it easier for users to design and execute them. With Engine V2, we're removing the cumbersome "entry" node, allowing users to execute multiple trees within a single flow. Additionally, we're introducing a new template API to further enhance customization options.
Better NPM Package System
Our current NPM package system is reliable, but we recognize the need for improvement. We're tackling issues such as intermittent failures during package installation and slow installation times. These enhancements will not only improve the reliability of our package system but also streamline the workflow for users, particularly in the flow and custom nodes sections.
Assigned Flows
Security is paramount, which is why we're enhancing the authentication system for assigned flows. The current "password" authentication type is being deprecated in favor of a more robust and secure alternative. This change will provide users with greater peace of mind when utilizing assigned flows. Furthermore, we're adding new features to assigned flows to expand their functionality and make them even more valuable to our users.
